Since April 2020, the Coalition has supported the Africa CDC in its continental COVID-19 response by engaging catalytic partnerships and mobilizing influencers, called                                                 who come from all sectors of society to use their viral platforms to combat COVID-related misinformation and promote critical prevention behaviors.

By empowering influencers with information essential to delivering factual messages about COVID-19,  we are able to create positive behavioral changes within vulnerable communities and lessen the spread of COVID-19 in Africa.
